This might be a good time to mention that, while time has indeed flown by, I have been occupied with life in general. I love learning and growing and this year has been no exception: I’ve read Tollé’s book A New Earth and am now reading it for the second time, and attended a couple of spirit retreats for women. I also decided to host my own retreat-of-sorts for women that need a break – I call them Oam times; for Once a Month which is when I have scheduled them. Our first one was a fun time to catch up, rest up and fuel up for the busy lives we all lead and I look forward to the next meeting!

So, momental thought for the day: take care of yourself and listen to what your body is saying to you – if you don’t respect yourself, who else will???

So, I have this dream job in a community college library where I am learning many new and wonderful things about the inner workings of a library (re: politics and management and budget and things like copy paper and staples)

Oh, I am also gaining experience for the future and confidence that I have chosen the right path for myself…and the best part of my new job?  It is a temporary assignment so I get to have a ‘real’ job in the near future – I’ll keep you all posted!

Maybe I could even get away with describing the hug-a-thon from the littlies for my birthday…or is that too much? 

walking on the beach, playing with the kids, laughing with friends, a glass of wine and some good eats…a day with any of these is good; a day with all of them is great!
